Winter in Tokyo.: In winter Tokyo usually is covered with heavy thick clouds, but this year the fine weather has been lasting for more than half a month and the hydrometer records the lower point than usual. Many fire have broken out. The commuters are thickly clothed which is one of the reasons for the terrible crowd during the rush hours. Photo shows an ice-crowded fountain at the Hibiya Park, Tokyo.
