Who would be a porter at holiday time: Harold Waite, who has been a porter for 40 years at Victoria Station, London, holiday gateway to the Continent, will tell you that holiday time on this station is hard work as you can see in this picture as he humps skis, bouble-barelled shotgun, golf clubs for one of the holiday makers off to the continent for the easter. He will spend his Easter time-off at his home in Twickenham.
