Major Raul Castro, Minister of the Cuban Armed Forces, was present at the combat shooting drills carried out by a 100-milimeter anti-aircraft brigade formed almost totally by students of the Military Technological Institute (ITM).
This shooting drill --apart of experimental maneuvers-- put an end to the brigade's combat training period. During their performance, the ITM students showed to be in full possession of the required technique.
When the drills were over, Major Raul Castro congratulated the Anti-aircraft Defense Staff the directors of the ITM, and the officers and troops of the brigade.
