The dutch prime minister, Mr. Bervend Biesheuvel, is greeted outside the cabinet room at no 10, downing street last night (Wednesday) by Mr. Edward Heath, who is having a series of talks with heads of governments. Behind them is baron W.J.G. Gevers, the ambassador extraordinary and plenipotentiary.
