MP Arrested Under The Official Secrets Act: Mr. William Owen 68 year old Labour MP for the Morpeth division of Northumberland, was arrested last night and charged under the Official Secrets Act. He appeared at Bow Street Magistrates' Court this morning and was put on remand until Monday. Mr. Owen an ex-miner, is Chairman of London-based Berolina Travel., a company which promoted tourism and travel in Communist East Germany, the office is in Dover Street, Mayfair.
