Caption: Massachusetts Senator Ted Kennedy speaking at graduating ceremony at University of Massachusetts was critical of South Vietnam President Theiu. He said that President Theiu must "elect to face his future alone" if he refused to make the concessions necessary to achieve peace. He added, "We have not fought in the heat and mud simply to keep one or two individuals in Saigon's presidential palace.".
