Moran (right), resigned NYC water commissioner, and Louis Weber (left), alleged Brooklyn numbers bookmaker, were indicted today by a Federal grand jury on charges of perjury. The charges grew out of their testimony before the Kefauver crime committee here last week. Moran was accused in the indictment of falsely telling the crime probers that Weber had visited his office no more than six times between 1946 and 1950.
