Press Photo White and Wood Duck Swims Zoo Pond

Caption: One white duck swims with the mallard, and wood ducks at the Brookfield Zoo in Brookfield, ill., west of Chicago. The usually has 500 wild ducks in its pond, but migrating ducks, and pet ducks abandoned by .., have raised the duck population to over 3,000. The zoo is capturing many of the ducks and releasing them in migratory paths away from the zoo.
