Caption: Windsor fire fighters Sunday hose down smoldering metal at the site of a five-alarm fire that began Saturday night at the Complete Packaging Inc. warehouse east of downtown Windsor. Police said people were evacuated from the area because of heat and smoke, but all had returned to their homes by Sunday afternoon. The cause of the fire was not known. Damage is expected to exceed $3 million, police said.
