1969 Press Photo Sirhan Sirhan RFK assassination trial

Caption: Los Angeles, Feb. 4, 1969--Sirhan Called To Testify--Sirhan Bishara Sirhan, accused of the murder of Sen. Robert F. Kennedy, arrives for today's session of his trial with one of his attorneys, Emile Zola Berman. The defense announced Sirhan would testify about the family's finances in an effort to quash the indictment on the grounds the grand jury which returned it is not a cross-section of the community.
